About My Work
Where can I listen to audios?
My website will have the widest selection (aka all) of my files, closely followed by Patreon! You can also find some of my audios on Reddit/Soundgasm. Youtube hosts Youtube-friendly versions of some files.
Why are some files M4_ and some files F4_?
I voice all of my files! Many of my files are rooted in ideas that I myself find interesting, and I am interested in both men and women. I also feel that I can at least pull off a passable rendition of both male and female voices, and I don’t want to limit myself to only making half of the possible characters I would want to make! However, pure hypnosis files (or files when it is more clearly just me speaking) will always be female.
How can I support you?
The best ways to support me are by subscribing to my Patreon or by talking about my files! I also really appreciate hearing direct feedback about your experiences, and I’m always excited to see a new commission inquiry. If you’re not into subscriptions, most of my audios are also sold individually on Patreon’s shop! Whatever way you like to show support, I’ll be happy to receive!
Which Patreon tier is the best?
If you want the most bang for your buck, check out The Den. You’ll get months of early access to every file, access to every exclusive file, all available files with haptics integration, and plenty of other bonus goodies!
Should I get a custom file?
If you have a specific hypnotic idea that you really want, you have the money, and you’re ready to spend it, absolutely! Feel free to explore the hypnotists that offer custom files and choose the one that you’re confident will do your idea well. The first hypnosis file I ever made was essentially a commission to myself. I made a file that I hadn’t seen anywhere else, one that would feel perfect for me when so many files felt just the tiniest bit off. Because of this, I know how meaningful getting a custom file can be!
What are Immersive Hypnosis files?
My Immersive files are genuine hypnosis files that take place under the presumption that someone else is hypnotizing you (aka, not me, Spell!) Whether it’s a mysterious siren, your roommate who is secretly an incubus, or the flirty neighbor who’s obsessed with you, I take you into the experience with a unique character in a setting and scenario designed to feel… well, immersive! Most of these files are more fantastical in nature, but some of them are more grounded in reality as well.
What is The Neverwoods?
The Neverwoods is a collection of files that all take place within the same fantasy world of my own making 😀 Some of the characters know each other, some don’t, but all of them want to hypnotise you!
Not all of the listeners are the same person within the storyline, so The Neverwoods also contains mini-series that indicate which files are more directly connected to one another.
What are Pure Hypnosis files?
Good old regular hypnosis. These files are more traditional, where it’s just the hypnotist (me, Spell) speaking to the listener and hoping to give you a great time 😀
What are Storytime Hypnosis files?
Storytime Files are my own creation, a type of hypnosis that draws upon the trance state we enter while reading a good book, watching an exciting movie, or playing a video game that’s so hard to walk away from. These files are typically related to the Neverwoods and offer a new angle to view the stories/lore through. Most of the stories told in these files will include elements of eroticism and hypnosis to varying degrees. The listener is intended to be in trance while listening.
Will you make a file with x idea/theme/topic?
I usually post a little bit about what I’m working on ahead of time to my Patrons. I always welcome generic suggestions, though there’s no guarantee I’ll use them! If you’re looking for something specific, consider a custom file <3
About Erotic Hypnosis
I’m new to erotic hypnosis. What do I need to know?
Erotic hypnosis works in the same way that regular hypnosis does—through suggestion. The hypnotist(speaker) will typically do several things in an attempt to put the subject(listener) into a more receptive and suggestible state (the induction of the trance), then proceed to give suggestions (the body of the trance) to the subject. Sometimes at the end of the trance, the hypnotist will directly encourage the subject to return to normal awareness (a wakener), and sometimes the hypnotist will not make any mention about that, letting the subject return to a typical state of mind in whatever way is natural to them.
Suggestion is not only used in hypnosis. Humans are receiving hundreds if not thousands of suggestions every day, based on what they are observing in the world, who they are speaking to, and what they are doing with their time. Hypnosis is simply a more concentrated effort to get particular suggestions to be accepted by the subject. The use of the word hypnosis itself is an advertisement—it lets people know that “hey! I’m trying to influence you!”
Humans have a complex brain, and the thing we call “the unconscious mind” is constantly processing all the suggestions we receive. It analyzes them, accepts some, and rejects others, often without us even realizing that this is happening. When it comes to hypnosis, hypnotists rely on the unconscious mind just as much as the conscious one, if not more. While you listen to hypnosis, your unconscious mind will still be analyzing the suggestions you are receiving. But hypnosis is intended to make you more likely to accept the suggestions that the hypnotist is giving you.
A commonly repeated sentiment is that “hypnosis can’t make you do anything that you don’t want to do.” The reality is a little more complicated, as reality usually is. Some people are better than others at speaking up when something isn’t going well (though this is a skill that can be improved). And though you always have the freedom to protest, to leave, to end the trance… the point of hypnosis is to make it easier to stay, to listen, and to accept. So though hypnosis can’t make you do anything that you don’t want to do, it can make you want to do something that you wouldn’t have wanted to before. And a hypnotist can make it easier for someone to go along with something than to speak up. Erotic hypnosis is especially good at influencing people, because arousal can impact our opinions, desires, and ability to judge whether something is a good decision. If you’re feeling uncomfortable, I believe you can find the strength within yourself to get out of that situation. If you’re truly struggling, reach out to another hypnotist, to erotic hypnosis community members (online or in-person), or to a trusted friend/family member for help. The best way to recover from hypnosis experiences that you didn’t like is to stop engaging in hypnosis and give yourself time to reset while focusing on other things.
There are many different opinions about what is and isn’t hypnosis, how it works, and what it can do. If you’re curious to learn more, please explore—but take everything with a grain of salt! Don’t pull from only one source, not even me ;p
What is the subject’s role in hypnosis?
The subject has three primary roles when participating in erotic hypnosis.
First, and most importantly, to be honest, with both yourself and your hypnotist (if doing live trances). You need to be honest not only about what you want, but about what you believe may be good for you. Sometimes those things conflict, and that’s okay—but that’s why honesty is so important. In order to allow yourself to continue enjoying erotic hypnosis, it’s best to make sure that you’re also making choices that are healthy for you in the long run. These choices can be things like: what files you listen to, what hypnotists you talk with, how often you listen, and what kinds of suggestions you accept or reject.
(If doing live trances) It’s also important to be honest with your hypnotist about what you experience while you’re in trance. If things didn’t work well, the only way for things to go better next time is by giving your hypnotist feedback.
Your second role as a subject is stay aware of how you’re being influenced by hypnosis. Pay attention to your thoughts, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors, and how they might be impacted by the hypnosis you engage in. Pay attention to the hypnotists you’re listening to and what they’re telling you. Staying aware is the best way to make sure that hypnosis is working for you, not against you.
If you enjoy amnesia play, be cautious about how, when, how much, and with whom you participate.
The third and final role for a subject is to enjoy yourself. Let yourself enjoy the hypnosis that you choose to partake in! Let yourself relax and experience it.
The first two rules still apply, and if you truly aren’t enjoying the trance, you should end it. But if there are no issues and you’re ready for a good time, then go ahead and enjoy it 🙂
How does this work?
It’s pretty easy! Pick a file that interests you, find a good time to listen where you feel safe and comfortable, and you’re not likely to be interrupted. Then go ahead and press play!
Hypnosis has the potential to feel different to everyone, and even different trances can bring different feelings to the subject. Go ahead and explore how you naturally respond to hypnosis, and disregard preconceived notions of what trance is supposed to feel like if that’s not what’s happening for you.
How do I find files that work for me?
Really the only answer is to look for them and to try listening to a variety. Asking for recommendations rarely works unless you have a fairly specific idea of what you’re looking for—and if you already have that, you most likely also have the search terms to find those files.
I’m having x issue with getting into trance. What do I do?
Hypnosis is a mental thing, which means there are a ton of factors that might be making it harder for you to trance than expected, and those things aren’t always obvious to the eye. If there’s a specific problem you keep running into, you might get some advice by posting about it on r/erotichypnosis over on Reddit. I’ve also been known to comment there on occasion!
Keep in mind that just because you’re having trouble getting into hypnosis, that doesn’t mean that the problem is always related to hypnosis. The most common factors that I see preventing someone from enjoying trance are: too much unaddressed stress, issues with shame, fear, or anxiety, and holding on to limiting beliefs.
About Spell
How old are you?
I’m in my mid twenties, and the only reason why I’m not saying the specific age is because I don’t want to have to remember to update this page every year!
How long have you been doing this?
I’ve been making hypnosis audios since 2023!
